Returns & Exchanges

We process all of our returns as exchanges or store credit. You can exchange for a different size or receive store credit. If you would like to exchange your order, we are of course more than happy to assist you.​ ​ Exchanges must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery. All the exchanged products must be in original condition.​​ ​ Please contact us to organize a return on: [email protected], and our customer support team will walk you through the steps. ​ ​ Please note that we unfortunately do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges. Refer to the “how to make a return or exchange” guide below:​​

Please keep in mind: Trade & payment upon delivery are not accepted.

If you have a discount code or a gift card, what are you waiting for? You can enter your discount code alongside your email address at checkout. Please keep in mind: -Only one discount code can be used per order. -Out of date discount codes cannot be redeemed. -Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Planning an event and need a matching set of color? Matching colorful scarves are definitely a great idea! Just shoot us an email for custom orders at [email protected], and we’d be happy to see what we can do!
Not a problem, we all make mistakes! Just email us on [email protected]. Please put ‘EDIT ORDER as your subject line, so we can locate your email request immediately. We will then change your order accordingly. Please note that we fulfill our orders as fast as we can. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if your product is already on its way to you, there is always the possibility to return or exchange your order once the order is delivered.
If you need to cancel your order please send us an email to [email protected] as early as possible. Please put ‘CANCEL ORDER’ in your subject-line so we can locate your email request immediately. As we try to ship our orders in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee your cancellation will be possible. But, there is always the possibility of a return, or maybe you will actually really love your new scarf and decide to keep it.
We sincerely apologize for our mistake. We carefully hand check all orders before we ship them out to minimize any mistakes. It would be a rare occurrence if you do receive a wrong style or faulty item. However, if this did happen you please send us an email at [email protected] and select “Product defective” as the reasoning. Please include an explanation and a photo of your defective product, and will resolve the issue right away.

Shipping & Delivery

We’re glad to inform you that we offer worldwide shipping. Your order will be fulfilled and ready to ship within 2-6 business days (Monday-Friday, not including US public holidays) Please note: Business days are considered Monday – Friday and do not include US bank holidays, nor weekends.Averie is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to carrier issues or inclement weather.
You can check your order in 3 different ways: 1 – Confirmation email: When we shipped out your order you’ll receive a confirmation email including your tracking link, where you can check on the status of your order while being shipped to your bedroom. If you haven’t received your tracking information please be sure to double-check your junk mail for the automatic tracking email. 2 – Customer Account: You can also find your tracking link by logging into the ‘my account’ section of the More Joy website, selecting ‘tracking’. Once you’ve logged in you can trace and track your order as it is being shipped to your bedroom! 3 – Send Us An Email: If you need any help tracking your order please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at [email protected].

We try to fulfill all orders as fast as possible, however the shipping times depend on where you’re located.

USA and Europe located customers will receive their scarves within 2-6 business days depending where in the country you’re living. All international orders have a shipping time of 10-21 business days.

Please keep in mind that delays and additional costs or taxes may be added to your order when shipped to international countries outside of the USA or Europe. The cost of the scarf does not include individual countries taxes or customs, this cost is the solely the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we cannot refund any duties or taxes on your order.

More Joy Labs is a studio locatated in Grand Rapids, MI. Your order will be packaged up and shipped out every business day.
